Eclipse One at Stainless Steel Droppings

Carl V. over at Stainless Steel Droppings has some nice things to say about Eclipse One: “This book sat on my to-read shelf for all of two days before I began reading it. My intention was to savor the stories, reading one or two at a time in between other novels I was reading. It is a testament to this collection that each story made me want to see what was going to come next. I could not put it down…Eclipse One was a stellar reading experience from start to finish. There was not one poorly written story in the bunch. Not one…My only disappointment is that I will have to wait another year for Eclipse Two.”

This book was an easy one to say nice things about. Several days later I am still thinking about these stories. I am excited to see the quality of stories that Night Shade Books is publishing, not to mention the quality of illustrators being used for book covers. Night Shade Books is quickly becoming one of my favorite publishing companies and my bookshelves are filling with books with the Night Shade Book logo on the side. Keep it up!
